This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to fee payments made through the Vision International School online payment portal and mobile application.

By making a payment through our Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All fee payments made through the online portal are subject to the school's fee structure and payment policies.

• Payments once made are considered final and binding
• A payment confirmation receipt will be generated for every successful transaction
• Parents/guardians should verify all payment details before confirming the transaction

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a fee has been charged more than once due to a technical error
• Excess Payment: If an amount greater than the actual fee has been charged
• Failed Transaction: If the amount has been debited but the transaction shows as failed in the system

Refund requests must be submitted to the school administration within 7 days of the transaction date.

Once a refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
• Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control

Once a fee payment transaction is initiated and completed successfully, it cannot be cancelled.

The following payments are non-refundable:

• Registration and admission fees
